Sargeants Hawthorn, a family business, are part of Victoria’s largest network of professional conveyancers.

We achieve this by personalising our service, tailoring the service to meet each client’s specific needs, and taking the time to demystify the Conveyancing process.

My dream is to operate the most efficient & informative conveyancing practice in Melbourne so that our clients are fully aware of any risks associated with property transfers.

Conveyancing in Melbourne is the legal process that transfers property from one party to another, however our approach is designed to provide much more.

Whilst most people engage a conveyancer or solicitor after they either buy or sell, our aim is to coach & educate our clients before they actively enter the market.

Our coaching goes far beyond the legal process covering documentation review and practical hints on how to avoid common traps thatmake the process more stressful than it should be.

NADEE KARUNARATNA

Nadee currently works Monday to Friday from 9:30am to 2:30pm.

Nadee manages purchase transactions and provides guidance through the process with an objective to keep her clients fully informed and relaxed.

With an accounting background and having previously worked in a management role for 4 years in the mortgages department for one of the big 4 banks, Nadee has an eye for detail and a natural, friendly manner. She understands the bank processes and therefore has a unique ability to positively influence lenders’ throughout the transaction resulting in a positive level of co-operation from banks’ settlement teams.
